Allstate Agency is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team!
We are an established insurance agency with a strong reputation for exceptional customer service and long-lasting client relationships. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys helping people, and is eager to grow professionally in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and agency-provided leads.
- Quote and sell auto, homeowners, and other personal insurance products.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and bundle insurance policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed individual monthly sales goals.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert quotes into sales.
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 Customer Representative License required.
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Familiarity with Allstate products and insurance quoting systems is a plus.
