How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care by consistently following established clinical protocols and organizational safety standards.
• Manage and monitor individualized patient care plans, proactively tracking and communicating vital changes in patient conditions to the care team.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless, well-aligned, and comprehensive care for every patient.
• Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, ensuring accurate treatment delivery and patient safety.
• Advocate for patients by assessing and coordinating their discharge planning needs early, ensuring a smooth and safe transition back to their communities.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Preferred Credential(s):
• Certification specializing in Chemotherapy.
• Education:
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• Minimum Qualifications: Requires at least 2 years of professional nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in outpatient infusion and oncology is highly desirable.
