Driver's License (Required) Car and Auto Insurance (Required) TYPICAL JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (will vary by client)Aiding with activities of daily livingAssisting with shopping, errands & transportationPick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visitsPerforming light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changingPlanning and preparing mealsProviding companionship and conversationAssisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feedingFollow a plan of careCommunicate professionally with families and your teamLaying out clothes and assisting with dressingProviding medication remindersHelping family members learn safe care techniquesOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSApplicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employmentAbility to treat clients with dignity and respectAbility to interpret the client's provided plan of careValid Driver's License, Auto Insurance and transportationClean driving recordAbility to be flexible and adapt to new situationsTolerance to small pets (i.e. dogs and/or cats)Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergenciesAble to lift a minimum of 25 lbsPrior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plusAccess to email and a mobile smart deviceMust understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of careWHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
