Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of lead, supervisory, or management experience required.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Job Duties

• Oversee daily inbound warehouse operations.
• Coordinate trailer movements and call trailers to dock doors.
• Organize and direct team members on the warehouse floor.
• Sort and stage pallets in designated areas.
• Communicate operational updates to the Store Delivery Supervisor.
• Assist with workflow coordination to meet productivity goals.
• Support problem-solving and maintain efficient operations.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and attendance standards.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
