Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of lead, supervisory, or management experience required.
- Previous forklift operating experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
Job Duties
- Oversee daily inbound warehouse operations.
- Coordinate trailer movements and call trailers to dock doors.
- Organize and direct team members on the warehouse floor.
- Sort and stage pallets in designated areas.
- Communicate operational updates to the Store Delivery Supervisor.
- Assist with workflow coordination to meet productivity goals.
- Support problem-solving and maintain efficient operations.
- Promote safety, teamwork, and attendance standards.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
