ELECTRO MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECH 2nd SHIFT

Randstad is seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Maintenance Tech for the Madison Ga Area.  Selected candidate witll be responsible for maintenance, repair, installation and modification of equipment.  Must have a minimum of 5 years Industrial maintenance experience with electrical, hydraulic and PLC systems. 2nd & 3rd shift positions If interested, email your resume to:  View email address on randstadusa.com

salary: $58,000 - $74,000 per year

work hours: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service

Diagnose and repair all types of industrial equipment using specialized experience in electrical and PLC controlled equipment

Maintain electrical equipment including electric motors, control boxex, welders, and PLC's

Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using various methods (hand tools, chains, cranes and hoists)

Preventative maintenance on motors, gearboxex, conveyor systems, pneumatic/hydraulic systems and amonia refrigeration systems

Metal fabrication

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs

Skills

• Maintenance (5 years of experience is preferred)
• Electronic Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Hydraulic Maintenance (3 years of experience is preferred)
• PLC systems (3 years of experience is preferred)
• MIcrosoft Suite
