Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 or 48 hours per week accepted

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-risk Level III NICU setting
• Assess, monitor, and manage the care of critically ill neonatal patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic health record systems
• Adhere to facility protocols, compliance requirements, and documentation deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (local candidates not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
• 8-week contract availability preferred; 13-week contracts may be considered
