Job Title: RN Surgery Profession: RN Surgery Specialty: RN Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8.5 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: BLS, ACLS Description: The RN Surgery will provide care to patients in the surgical unit. Responsibilities include assisting in surgical procedures and ensuring patient safety. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with the healthcare team and patients. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and adherence to protocols are critical in this role. The RN Surgery will participate in patient education and discharge planning. A flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to changing situations are necessary for success.
