Project Manager – Sitework, Excavation & UtilitiesOur client is a well-established construction contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in sitework, excavation, and underground utilities. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion and is ideal for someone who understands heavy civil scopes and thrives in fast-paced field-driven environments.Position OverviewThe Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering sitework and utility projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. This individual will work closely with field leadership, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage sitework, excavation, and utility projects from start to finishOversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and change ordersCoordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and engineersManage procurement, buyout, and subcontractor relationshipsEnsure compliance with safety standards, specifications, and local regulationsTrack project progress and report status to leadership and clientsQualifications5+ years of project management experience in sitework, excavation, or utilitiesStrong understanding of earthwork, grading, storm, sewer, and water systemsExperience managing multiple crews and subcontractorsAbility to read and interpret civil drawings and specificationsExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsConstruction management software experience preferredWhat's OfferedCompetitive compensation based on experienceSteady pipeline of sitework and utility projectsSupportive team environment with growth potentialQualified candidates with sitework and utility experience are encouraged to apply.
