The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and market expansion by developing and executing innovative sales strategies, securing new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, representing the organization at industry events, and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation. The VP will also be expected to manage a pipeline of business opportunities, lead the sales process, and ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of 6 years in financial services, fintech, or fund administration, and a preference for those with 10 years in the specified sectors. The role requires a proven track record in selling complex solutions, strong proficiency in CRM tools, and the ability to lead RFP/RFI processes. A high energy, strategic mindset, and the ability to interact with C-level executives are essential. The ideal candidate will have a growing network of fund managers, sponsors, and industry influencers, and be available for travel up to 30% of the time.
