RESPONSABILIDADES:
· Saludar y dirigir a todos los visitantes de una manera amigable y servicial. · Responder todas las llamadas entrantes, transferirlas o tomar mensajes · Desempeñar tareas administrativas que incluyen fotocopias, archivar, etc. · Tomar pedidos de los clientes e ingresarlos al sistema · Conciliar estados de cuenta · Proporcionar soporte y cubrir a otros empleados según sea necesario (recibir productos en el sistema, verificación física de
órdenes para garantizar que los pedidos de los clientes sean precisos, procesar la facturación y otras tareas) · Otras funciones asignadas . Sunday Coverage
Sunday coverage from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM may be required to cover vacations, absences, or other staffing needs. Employees may be scheduled as needed to ensure proper coverage.
CALIFICACIONES Y HABILIDADES :
· Conocimiento de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) · Fluidez en español e inglés · Estricta atención al detalle · Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo · Disposición para trabajar ocasionalmente los fines de semana
EXPERIENCIA:
· Al menos 1 año en trabajo de oficina (requerido)
EDUCACION
· High school o GED (requerido)
HORARIO:
· Lunes – Jueves 8am – 4:30pm
BENEFICIOS:
