They are a rapidly growing high-tech company founded over 20 years ago Clear advancement path to master the full AP function Supportive, business-focused team with proven low turnover No peaks or valleys throughout the year–always an 8-5 with no expected overtime and summer Fridays Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist: 3-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and verifying information Wiring payments Collaborate with AP supervisor and team to continually refine AP workflow Adapt to evolving volume demands and support broader finance initiatives as needed Assisting with month-end close as necessary Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Specialist: 2+ years’ experience in an accounts payable role Detail-oriented and collaborative communication skills Salary Range: $50,000 – 54,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
