Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled and curious Application Developer to join a high-impact engineering team supporting enterprise-scale applications. This role sits at the intersection of traditional software development and next-generation AI-assisted engineering. You will build, maintain, and extend Python-based applications backed by relational databases, while also leveraging cutting-edge agentic development tools — including Claude Code — to accelerate delivery, automate workflows, and solve complex problems in Client ways.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Python and SQL, comfortable with modern software design patterns, and genuinely excited about the shift toward AI-native development practices. You understand that writing great code now means knowing how to guide, validate, and orchestrate AI-generated output as confidently as you write it yourself.

Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and microservices in a cloud-hosted or hybrid environment
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following SOLID principles and team coding standards
• Build and consume RESTful APIs; design robust data models and integration patterns
• Participate in code reviews, contributing constructive feedback and absorbing the same from peers
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical implementations
• Contribute to architecture discussions and help shape technical direction for new initiatives AI-Assisted & Agentic Development (Claude Code)

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of professional software development experience with Python as a primary language
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server); experience with query optimization and indexing strategies
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or comparable AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.); ability to reason about AI output quality
• Demonstrated experience building and consuming RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks (SQLAlchemy preferred) and database migration tooling
• Experience working with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment patterns (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to decompose ambiguous requirements into clear technical tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in a fully remote, async-first environment Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or the Anthropic SDK (tool-use, multi-agent orchestration)
• Background in prompt engineering and context engineering for production LLM applications
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server development or similar AI-tool integration patterns
• Experience in enterprise or regulated industries (telecom, financial services, healthcare) where scale, SLA compliance, and data security are paramount
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB) in addition to relational stores
• Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS, event sourcing patterns)
• Python certifications or relevant cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Developer, etc.)
• Experience contributing to open-source projects or internal developer platforms
