General Labor

Our client, a leading organization in the construction and manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: General Labor

Location: New Castle, CO

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 7am-4pm

What's the Job?

• Count inbound forms and verify against expected receipts, documenting discrepancies and damages accurately.
• Determine the need for cleaning or oils and sort forms accordingly.
• Safely operate hand tools to remove debris or damaged wood from forms.
• Operate power tools such as grinders to clean forms as needed.
• Apply fresh form oil using provided sprayers and properly stack and store cleaned forms.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently.
• Use all provided PPE as instructed to ensure safety at all times.
• Operate equipment including forklift, pallet jack, grinder, and hand tools like hammers and chisels.
• Basic math skills such as counting, addition, and calculating area (length x width).
• Safe handling and application of water-based form oil and related equipment.
