Human Resources Business Partner

In this highly visible role, you'll partner directly with leadership to develop people strategies that support business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic business partnership with hands-on HR leadership in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development Support recruiting efforts and help attract top talent Drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness Manage leave administration, workers' compensation, and compliance initiatives Support onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, benefits, and HR operations Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes Lead and develop HR team members while serving as a trusted resource for employees and management What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of progressive HR experience Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or distribution operations preferred PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Greenhouse ATS preferred At Multiquip, our people are our greatest asset.
