Per diem position available Work hours are not guaranteed and are scheduled on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility rather than a set schedule. The pay for per diem is at $16.10/hr. The Role: As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician (MHRT), you will provide support to aging adults with persistent mental health challenges within a residential setting. You will assist clients with mental health diagnoses to achieve their personal plan goals, encouraging change through a positive reinforcement approach, administering medication, and promoting and encouraging client community integration and inclusion.
