Position Overview

Steve Manzano State Farm Agency is looking for an energetic, motivated, and people-focused professional to join Team Manzano as an Acquisition Specialist.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with provided prospects and build genuine relationships
• Ask questions, listen, and identify each customer’s needs
• Explain insurance options in a clear and helpful way
• Follow up with prospects and turn opportunities into new customers
• Work toward individual and team goals
• Develop valuable skills in communication, relationship building, insurance, and sales
