Real-Time Scheduling & WFM Analyst

Ashby is building the next generation of enterprise software, and we’re seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to own scheduling and real-time analysis for our global Support organization. You’ll translate forecasts into practical schedules, monitor SLA performance, and adjust coverage in real time to keep service levels healthy.
