Production Operator Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 18.75 to $ 19.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• Responsible for meeting daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety
• Meets one-minute cycle times and supports multiple stations or areas as required
• Repetitive lifting of automotive parts and finished goods (50–75 lbs), approximately 300 units per day
• Inspect parts and perform tasks per work instructions
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
• Report equipment defects and quality issues
• Complete required paperwork and follow rotation schedules
• Operate safely, adhering to PPE and 5S standards
• Support problem-solving, ISO initiatives, and continuous improvement
• Maintain compliance with company and legal requirements
• Empowered to stop production for safety or quality concerns
• Other duties as assigned.

Production Operator Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift
• Must have steel toed shoes
• Regularly lift up to 75 lbs Frequent bending, twisting, and stooping,
• Frequent reaching/stretching at various heights
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Not Climate Controlled - be able to withstand hot temperatures in summer and cold temperatures in winter

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
