AAA Concrete Inc. is currently hiring for an experienced  DUMP TRUCK OPERATOR for our Spokane WA. area. This position will require the operation of a solo dump truck/pup and super dump vehicle, along with heavy equipment for self-loading occasionally.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL- Class A) with a clean drivering record.
• Proven experience operating dump trucks in commercial and residential areas while delivering aggregate and asphalt products.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy vehicle operation.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Benefits

• Pay: 25.00 – 30.00 per hour to start DOE
• Prevailing wage with specific projects
• Paid vacation/sick time offered

Responsibilities

• Operation of dump trucks to support aggregate hauling, excavation, and paving projects.
• Operate trucks safely and efficiently to transport materials across various job sites.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when needed.
• Follow all traffic laws and DOT regulations during operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines.
• Maintain all accurate records of deliveries and vehicle logs.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to work flexible hours with the possibility of some evenings and weekends needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and job site regulations.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
