Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Cadillac region seeking Bookkeepers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidatesnot just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and tracking payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and submit sales tax returns and other government filings.
• Support the inventory management process by reconciling stock levels and costs.
• Collaborate with the production team to track job costs and analyze variances.
