Senior Business Analyst w/ PLM

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in manufacturing processes and enterprise systems, with exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The role will focus on understanding business needs, defining requirements, assessing existing PLM capabilities, and designing future-state business processes. Key Responsibilities: Engage with business and technical stakeholders to identify, define, and document business requirements across PLM systems. Analyze current manufacturing processes, system capabilities, workflows, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, and user stories. Assess the current PLM landscape and identify gaps against business and operational requirements. Develop and recommend future-state business process designs aligned with manufacturing and product lifecycle objectives. Facilitate workshops with business users, process owners, and technology teams to validate requirements and proposed solutions. Support solution evaluation, process improvement, testing, and implementation activities. Ensure alignment between business processes, PLM capabilities, and broader enterprise systems. Required Experience & Skills: Experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment. Understanding of manufacturing and product lifecycle processes. Exposure to PLM systems and concepts, such as product data, BOM, change management, workflows, and product development processes. Strong business process analysis and current-state/future-state process design skills. Ability to translate business requirements into actionable system requirements.
