Position Overview:

As an Account Executive I at MLR, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and nurturing top talent while ensuring the smooth functioning of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with candidates and our recruitment team, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to facilitate successful staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Implement and refine sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to candidates, understanding their career goals, skills, and aspirations to ensure a good fit with our opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and meetings, working with recruiters etc. This can be done by doing the following:
  • Reviewing recruiter's emails to ensure that names and contact information for facilities are stored in our CRM.
  • Communicate with Recruiters about their facilities and what assistance they may need with them. This can be scheduling drug tests, setting up background checks, and other additional duties outlined by the supervisor.
  • Act as liaison between recruiters and clients when recruiters are out of the office. This can be done by responding to client emails, and candidate emails, and doing a service check with clients to ensure we are providing exceptional service.
Develop and Maintain Relationships:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through regular communication and meetings, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Engage with candidates regularly to understand their needs and provide assistance, such as scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and other support activities as outlined by the supervisor.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and recruiters, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless recruitment process, especially when recruiters are unavailable. This includes responding to candidate inquiries, providing updates, and conducting follow-ups to ensure exceptional service.
ATS/CRM Management:
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ATS/CRM by regularly updating client and candidate information.
  • Train team members on the effective utilization of the ATS/CRM to enhance efficiency and streamline the recruitment process.
Recruitment Process Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team to understand current open positions and talent requirements for clients.
  • Assist in candidate sourcing and screening processes when necessary, ensuring top-quality candidates are presented to clients.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing recruitment projects, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed.
Collection-Based Activity:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve collection goals, fostering a harmonious work environment with financial rewards.
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate regular reports and analytics related to client activity, recruitment progress, and ATS/CRM performance.
  • Utilize data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the client relationship management process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal company policies. Such as ensuring Clients have the right Certificate for insurance, we meet each state guidelines for insurance coverage, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client interactions, agreements, and recruitment progress within PCRecruiter.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales concepts to pitch services to clients and attract top talent.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving recruiting landscape.
  • Initiative and self-motivation in proactively sourcing and engaging with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software, social media platforms, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Adherence to ethical conduct and integrity in all recruiting activities.
