Job Description

As a Communications Associate, you will support the development and coordination of internal and external communications while helping ensure information is delivered clearly, accurately, and professionally.

You will work closely with different departments, assist with communication materials, coordinate projects, maintain organized records, and help strengthen the overall communication process across the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal and external communications.
• Draft, review, and edit business correspondence, presentations, announcements, and informational materials.
• Support communication between departments, clients, and business partners.
• Coordinate meetings, projects, schedules, and communication-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records, documents, and communication materials.
• Help ensure company messaging remains clear, professional, and consistent.
• Respond professionally to inquiries and assist with general communication needs.
• Collaborate with team members on company initiatives and special projects.
• Organize information and help improve communication workflows.
• Perform additional administrative and communication-related responsibilities as needed.
