As a Physical Therapist at Award Care at Beneva, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional resident experiences by providing high-quality physical therapy services to our skilled nursing and assisted living residents. About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments to develop individualized treatment plans

• Executing physical therapy interventions, including exercise programs, mobility training, and equipment training

• Collaborating with other healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive resident care

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of resident progress

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes

• Pay starts at $44/hr for FT and increases based on experience level.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to our skilled nursing and assisted living residents

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals and objectives

• Conduct progress assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

• Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care and customer service
