Sales Representative I

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Sales Representative I in Seattle to promote and sell orthopedic products, implants, and surgical technologies to healthcare facilities and surgeons. The role combines strategic account management, clinical support during procedures, and team collaboration within a performance-driven sales career path.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement account plans; manage sales funnel and track customer activities toward targets
- Provide technical support during surgical procedures, demonstrations, and clinical evaluations
- Develop relationships with orthopedic surgeons, OR staff, and hospital administrators to support account growth
- Mentor less experienced sales associates and participate in team meetings and collaborative initiatives
- Allocate 20-30% of time to acquiring new business through targeted surgeon and account outreach
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of orthopedic surgical protocols and OR workflows
- Ability to travel across assigned territory and lift equipment up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals
- Attention to detail in surgical planning, equipment preparation, and procedural accuracy
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and CRM systems
