Maintenance Technician - 12 Hour Night Shift

3rd Shift Equipment Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician with a strong technical background to monitor the internal dashboard of equipment status, partner with senior personnel for training, and support the tear down and reassembly of machinery. The role involves understanding machinery before repairs and learning basic equipment technician tactics.Responsibilities:Monitor internal dashboard for equipment status.Partner with senior personnel to learn processes and equipment technician tactics.Support the tear down and reassembly of machinery.Understand machinery prior to performing repairs.Essential Skills:Technical background with mechanical and electrical aptitude.Experience in automation, robotics, and electrical troubleshooting.Capability in machinery tear down and repair.Experience in equipment and machinery installation.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Associates degree, military experience, or relevant work history.Clean room experience is advantageous but not required.Why Work Here?Enjoy great healthcare benefits and a stock plan, along with limited turnover and extensive growth potential within the company. Partner with a senior technician for six months of process learning. The shift runs from Thursday to Saturday, 6 am to 5:30 pm, with every other Wednesday included. The schedule alternates between 36 hours in week 1 and 48 hours in week 2.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
