Service Technicians are responsible for: troubleshooting and repairing diesel engines, electrical systems, transmissions and other various components found on all heavy-duty truck makes and models.

Service Technician Benefits:

Up to $1,500 per week, paid biweekly
Typical Hours: Monday - Friday (7 am - 3:30 pm)
Second Shift in Lancaster: Monday - Friday (3:30 pm - midnight)
$5 shift differential
$3,000 sign on bonus
Uniforms provided
Quarterly Performance Incentives: Based on department performance and profitability

Service Technician Requirements:

At least 4 years of overall experience, with 2 years in a dealership environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
PACCAR, Cummins, CAT & ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
Valid State Inspection License is a plus, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

Accurately diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection
Document work in progress on repair orders
Perform repairs according to dealership standards and factory specs
Road test vehicle, if necessary.
