Lumber Trader (Remote) - Unlimited Earning Potential

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Compensation: $130,000-$300,000+ (Commission-Based)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Commission Structure

• Annual Gross Profit up to $250,000 - 50% Commission
• $250,001 - $400,000 - 55% Commission
• Over $450,000 - 60% Commission

There is no cap on your earning potential. Top performers consistently generate exceptional annual income.


Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a profitable portfolio of lumber and forest products customers
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and customers across North America
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with mills, wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers
• Manage pricing, freight coordination, and order execution
• Identify new market opportunities while expanding existing accounts
• Negotiate contracts and maximize gross profit on every transaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Lumber Trader, Forest Products Trader, or Commodity Trader
• Established relationships within the lumber, wood products, or building materials industry are strongly preferred
• Proven success developing new business and managing customer accounts
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

• Compensation: $130,000-$300,000+ annually (commission-based)
