Medical Science Liaison, Lung/GU Oncology – Field based in MA, NH, VT, ME. The primary role engages in meaningful peer‑to‑peer scientific dialogue with healthcare system leaders, translating science into patient care and supporting cross‑functional partners. Key Responsibilities Develop trusted relationships with academic and community Thought Leaders, using 1:1, group presentations, virtual sessions, etc. Collaborate with TLs to gain insights on the clinical landscape and build a relevant medical plan. Engage with medical societies, patient advocacy groups, guideline committees. Provide training for external speakers. Strategically engage payers pre- and peri‑launch. Provide real‑time medical support for unsolicited HCP questions (face‑to‑face and virtual). Document and achieve annual goals; leverage digital capabilities. Recommend and provide insights on study feasibility to clinical development; liaise with large accounts to address access barriers. Lead evidence read‑outs, support NIR studies, support HCPs with ISR processes, ensure pharmacovigilance procedures, and support CRO‑sponsored studies. Required Qualifications & Experience MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, NP with disease‑area or broad medical background. Experience in a scientific/clinical research environment; field medical expertise preferred. Deep understanding of TL environment and needs. Strong Oncology Experience Required Scientific and clinical disease‑area knowledge, patient treatment trends, clinical landscape. Experience in pharmaceutical industry with compliance and regulatory guidelines. Understanding of Scientific Publications Clinical trial design and process. Understanding of national and regional healthcare and access environment. Travel Candidate must meet “Qualified Driver” requirements (21+, valid license, acceptable risk). Will spend majority time in the field with external customers; travel as required by territory. Compensation Overview Field – United States – US: $168,220 – $203,837 (full‑time employee). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available based on eligibility.
