VP, Model Risk Validation — Lead High-Impact Oversight

Barclays is seeking a VP in Model Risk Management – Model Validation to lead independent validation of risk models and strengthen governance and regulatory standards. You will identify and manage model risks, benchmark approaches, and develop challenger models as needed. Collaboration with model owners and developers will be essential to ensure high-quality submissions.
