As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest's needs while preparing perfect beverages made to our standards in a timely manner.Essential Functions:Maintain proper grooming and uniform standardsDeliver genuine hospitality to and establish emotional connections with our guestsContribute to the overall teamwork and success of the restaurantCommunicate effectively with guests and team membersDetermine guests needs while making the appropriate recommendations and offerings to enhance the dining experiencePresents the best we have to offer, never selling the guest anythingPrepares drink orders for guests and servers according to recipes in a timely mannerExecute beverage tray service Answer guest questions regarding food and beverage offeringsAdhere to all alcohol awareness proceduresHandle guest complaints professionally and alert a manager immediatelyProcess payments and handle cash professionally and accuratelyCommunicate with managers and hosts regarding table availability and key table updatesFollow up with guests about their meal and dining experience to ensure great guest satisfactionMaintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitationDemonstrate professional and gracious demeanor at all timesPerform all opening, running, and closing duties accuratelyPerform any job function requested by the management teamPosition Qualifications:Adaptability & Flexibility – Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities and works with a variety of situations, individuals, groups, and varying customer needsAttention to Detail – Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasksCommunication – Listens to others and communicates in an effective mannerConfidence – A matured and justified self-belief in one's ability to do the job, and the conveyance of that behalfCustomer Focus – Builds and maintains customer satisfaction with the services offered by TRC; provides excellent customer service to both guests and team membersInitiative – Recognizes situations that warrant initiative and moves forward without hesitation; reasonably resolves issues, problems, or situationsProblem Solving – Resolves difficult or complicated challengesTeamwork – Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverablesSkills & Abilities:Education: High School; able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in EnglishExperience: Previous hospitality experience is preferredComputer Skills: Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) systemCertificates & Licenses: N/AOther Requirements: Must meet the local, legal minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages; coordination skills that allow proper pouring and carrying of several drinks and plates at the same time
