Bay Paws Pet Resort - Trinity, located in New Port Richey, FL, is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our pet resort. If you have a knack for organization, enjoy working in a pet-friendly environment, and have at least one year of experience in a similar role, we’d love to hear from you!

At Bay Paws Pet Resort - Trinity, we provide a safe, fun, and caring environment for pets while their owners are away. Whether it’s daycare, boarding, or grooming, we treat every pet like family. As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and professional demeanor. - Checking in and out pets for daycare, boarding, or grooming appointments. - Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries about our services. - Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records. - Processing payments and handling basic administrative tasks. - Assisting with other duties as needed to support the team and ensure client satisfaction.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or similar role. - Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Personality: A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude. You should enjoy interacting with people and pets alike! - Tech Savvy: Comfort with basic computer systems and scheduling software.
