Payroll Data Entry ClerkWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Data Entry Clerk to join our team and ensure the accurate processing of payroll information.The Payroll Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate payroll data in our systems, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures.Key Responsibilities:Accurately input employee payroll information including hours worked, pay rates, deductions, bonuses, and benefitsMaintain and update payroll records and databasesVerify and reconcile payroll data from timekeeping systemsAssist in preparing payroll reports for managementRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issuesMaintain confidentiality of employee payroll dataCollaborate with HR and accounting departments as neededQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred1+ year of experience in payroll, data entry, or administrative support (preferred)Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks) a plusStrong attention to detail and data accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationBilingualWork Schedule & Compensation:Hours – Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4 PM$18-$22 per hourBenefits -health insuranceCompensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourJoin our team and be part of a dynamic, innovative environment where your ideas matter!
