Division Director for Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI)

Henry Ford Health – Reproductive Medicine in Rochester Hills, Michigan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Division Director for Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) to lead a growing and highly respected academic-affiliated reproductive medicine program, overseeing clinical excellence, program development, and leadership of a multidisciplinary fertility care team in a high-demand outpatient specialty setting.

Job Description (Director Role)

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
• Oversee and guide a growing reproductive endocrinology and infertility program
• Deliver specialized outpatient reproductive endocrinology care
• Perform diagnostic and advanced fertility treatments and procedures
• Lead quality improvement, clinical standards, and program growth initiatives
• Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Participate in strategic planning and development of reproductive medicine services
• Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient or consultative responsibilities
• Engage in call coverage and weekend rotation as determined by leadership
• Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and national standards of care

• Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)

• Completion of ACGME-accredited REI fellowship - [REQUIRED] * no exemptions
• Eligible for Michigan medical licensure - [REQUIRED]
• Clean malpractice and licensing history - [REQUIRED]
• BLS & DEA - [REQUIRED]

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: MD, DO, MD/PhD, or DO/PhD, Completion of ACGME-accredited 3-year REI fellowship, Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (ABOG) Weekend Requirements: Weekend coverage required (rotation and frequency to be determined with leadership). On Call Requirements: On-call required (schedule and frequency to be determined by leadership in coordination with the candidate).
