Guidewire Developer

Working full-time in a remote capacity, the Guidewire Developer will enhance functionality and troubleshoot issues in Guidewire software, particularly within PolicyCenter, while engaging in Agile sprints and collaborating with a team of developers. Key responsibilities Develop and implement code in Gosu, focusing on user interface changes, integrations, and unit testing Participate in Agile sprints, daily standups, and code reviews, presenting work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Triage and resolve production issues, including bug fixes and log analysis, while supporting testing efforts Required qualifications Experience with Guidewire, particularly PolicyCenter, including integration and configuration tasks Proficiency in Java, Javascript, SQL, Gosu, and familiarity with Mulesoft, React, or Node.js Understanding of web services integration, including SOAP and REST, and experience with Postman Prior experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies Comfortable presenting technical concepts to large groups, with excellent communication skills
