Position Summary:

HuntleighUSA is seeking dependable and customer-focused Part-Time and Full-Time AM/PM Wheelchair Agents to support passengers requiring mobility assistance at Norfolk International Airport (ORF) . This role is essential to ensuring a safe, respectful, and positive travel experience for all passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers throughout the airport terminal
Escort passengers to and from gates, ticket counters, baggage claim, and ground transportation
Communicate professionally with passengers, airline staff, and airport personnel
Follow all safety, security, and customer service standards
Maintain a courteous, respectful, and helpful demeanor at all times

Schedule:

Morning (AM) and Afternoon/Evening (PM) shifts available
Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available
Weekend and holiday availability may be required

Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a background check and airport badging requirements
Ability to push a wheelchair and remain on feet for extended periods
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Previous customer service or airport experience preferred (not required)
