Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 30; Number of Staff 49 FTE, 6 PRN, 2 Leadership; Type of staff: Day Shift CNC-1, RNs Based on volume forecast (7-10), 2 PCT/EMT, 1 US; Night Shift CNC-1, RNs- based on volume forecast (7-10) 1 PCT/EMT, 1 US; Patient Ratios 1-5 at the most (acuity dependent); Type of equipment Advanced monitors, defibrillators, ultrasound, and EKG machines; EMR Meditech- moving to Expanse on 8/13/26

Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Advance critical thinking and skills; Extensive experience with trauma, STEMI, Stroke and Sepsis; Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Adult and pediatric ED experience; Completed certifications aligned under HCA Nurse Contract and Pool

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Thoracotomy; Arterial lines and MTP

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ENPC, TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPI with TIC, (NRP and STABLE is a plus)

Floating Area(s): Two Free Standing ED if needed

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue scrubs and follow Dress Code Policy
