Caring Angels Home Care - Caring Angels Home Care is looking for a full-time Spanish speaking experienced Benefits Specialist for our Brooklyn office. As a Benefits Specialist you will play an integral role in the Enrollment Department. Our agency has won numerous awards for employee satisfaction and excellence in patient care. Responsibilities Benefit Administration: Oversees health, dental, vision, life, and voluntary benefits for employees. Onboarding & Enrollment: Conducts orientation sessions, educates caregivers/employees on plan options, and manages open enrollment. Compliance & Reporting: Ensures adherence to federal and state regulations (e.g., ACA, FMLA, COBRA) and maintains accurate records. Employee Support: Acts as the subject matter expert to answer questions regarding coverage, claims, and deductions. Data Management & Vendor Relations: Processes employee deductions, audits benefits billing, and works with insurance carriers/vendors.
