Our location in Canton, Georgia is currently seeking a full time, Parcel Picker. The scheduled working hours will be Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. However, there will be times that require this candidate to come in early or stay late, based on business needs. Position Summary As a Parcel Picker at Ubique Group, you will be responsible for accurately selecting customer orders and delivering them to the staging area in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. This role ensures all orders are complete and accurate prior to shipment. Team members are expected to cross-train in other warehouse functions as part of Ubique Group’s culture of “We Move to the Work,” supporting growth and operational flexibility. Responsibilities Pick items accurately to fulfill customer orders Transport completed orders to designated staging areas Build and assemble boxes or other packaging materials to ensure safe shipment Read and interpret pick tickets to verify correct items and quantities Package products to prevent damage during transit Apply shipping labels to completed customer orders Operate an Electric Pallet Jack safely and efficiently Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including cross-training in additional roles Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience required Minimum of 1 year of experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack required Ability to read and interpret customer orders and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with team assistance Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small items Climbing off on forklifts Benefits We offer a competitive benefit package that includes: Major medical, dental, and vision coverage available with no waiting period Company-paid life insurance and employee assistance program for all employees 401K with company match Employee discount on Ubique Group products Employee-led organization Ubique Cares engages in monthly and quarterly employee engagement activities packed with fun and giveaways!
