Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hrs/week) | Every other weekend required | Every other holiday required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, adjusting care plans as needed
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver comprehensive neonatal care
• Educate and support families of neonatal patients throughout the care process
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) state license
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Current S.T.A.B.L.E. Program certification required
• Minimum of 5 years of NICU nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), including every other weekend and every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 5 or more years of experience in a NICU setting
• Familiarity with high-acuity neonatal patient populations and advanced neonatal care protocols
