Job Description

Develop electrical distribution system designs for FMCG process plants.
Perform power system studies for plant electrical distribution systems.
Work with clients to define project scope and collect engineering inputs.
Coordinate with vendors and site construction teams.
Support UL508A compliance studies for electrical panels.
Design LV power distribution panels, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, substations, lighting, grounding, and 480V systems.
Perform cable/conduit sizing, lighting calculations, grounding design, and cable tray layout.
Develop BOMs, engineering packages, elementary drawings, single-line diagrams, and equipment arrangements.
Support IQ/OQ activities and electrical safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

5 10 years of electrical engineering experience in process plants.
Experience with LV electrical distribution design.
Strong knowledge of NEC, UL508A, IEEE, and NFPA 70E .
Experience with power distribution panels, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, 480V systems, lighting, and grounding.
Knowledge of cable sizing, conduit sizing, cable trays, and electrical panel design.
Experience developing engineering documentation and single-line diagrams.
Electrical system studies experience.
