Senior Manager, MP&L Program Delivery, SAP Launch

Salary: $141,700 - 268,300 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field; a masters degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in SAP program management, ERP delivery leadership, or large-scale enterprise transformation.
• Proven leadership of multi-workstream SAP transformation programs in complex enterprise environments, including integrations such as S/4HANA, EWM, YL, and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated expertise in program governance, PMO leadership, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Experience managing global systems integrators, vendors, contracts, and delivery performance metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Preferred: experience leading large-scale ERP modernization in industrial manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or regulated industries.
• Preferred: knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile delivery practices, and enterprise release management frameworks.
• Preferred: experience overseeing SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment readiness, and cutover execution.
• Preferred: financial management experience, including program budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, and value realization.
• Preferred: experience with organizational change management and business adoption.
• Preferred: familiarity with cloud transformation, SAP ecosystem solutions, enterprise architecture, and integrated business processes.
• Preferred: advanced communication and executive presentation skills; SAP certifications are also preferred.
• Ability and flexibility to travel up to 50%.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA migration program, owning the integrated plan, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Direct program governance and PMO activities, including stage gates, sprint reviews, executive reporting, RAID management, and decision forums.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes across workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Manage systems integrator performance against scope, schedule, quality, and delivery KPIs.
• Establish quality gates and oversee readiness criteria for SIT, UAT, regression testing, mock cutovers, and production.
• Lead cutover planning, release readiness, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support.
• Analyze MP&L, manufacturing, procurement, and finance processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement future-state processes aligned with SAP best practices and new technology capabilities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs that measure process and system effectiveness, and champion continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute change management strategies that support end-user adoption of new systems and processes.
• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to align program outcomes with strategic priorities and enterprise goals.
• Build high-performing teams and foster collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Create and roll out an enterprise master data management governance framework, business rules, and lifecycle policies.
• Establish and lead cross-functional data governance councils to agree on data standards, resolve ownership disputes, and align business-unit policies.
