Internal Sales Coordinator - New Truck Sales Location: Dallas
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Compensation: 52k+ Salary based on experience + full benefits

Position Overview

The Internal Sales Coordinator supports the New Truck Sales team by managing sales administration, truck orders, inventory coordination, customer communications, and delivery documentation. This position works closely with sales representatives, customers, manufacturers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure a smooth process from order placement through vehicle delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sales & Administrative Support

• Support New Truck Sales Representatives with quotes, proposals, specifications, and sales documentation.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and dealership management systems.
• Assist with bids, fleet proposals, and sales-related reporting.

Order & Inventory Coordination

• Submit and track truck orders with manufacturers and vendors.
• Monitor production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate unit allocations, arrivals, and transfers.
• Process specification changes and ensure supporting documentation is complete.

Customer & Delivery Support

• Serve as a customer contact for order status, paperwork, and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate deliveries with sales, service, parts, finance, and registration departments.
• Ensure delivery packets, titling, licensing, and registration requirements are complete and accurate.

Reporting & Vendor Coordination

• Maintain sales files, reports, and documentation.
• Track rebates, incentives, commissions, and manufacturer programs.
• Coordinate with OEM representatives and vendors regarding equipment installations, modifications, and delivery schedules.
• Resolve order, documentation, and delivery issues as needed.

Required Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience

• Two years of administrative, customer service, sales support, or dealership experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial trucking, transportation, equipment, or automotive industries preferred
