The Payday (W2 Employee)

• Earnings: Average $1,500 $1,600+ weekly (27% of gross load pay).

• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Total ($1,500 after your first drop + $3,500 in milestones).

• Extra Pay: We value your timeTarping, Detention, Layover, and Breakdowns are all paid.

• Orientation: Travel (flight/rental/miles), hotel, and all meals are fully covered.

Schedule & Equipment

• Home Time: Regional routes (5-state radius) mean you are home every weekend (Friday night/Saturday morning).

• The Gear: Late-model Freightliner Cascadias and KW T680s (Assigned units).

• Tech: Fully equipped with EZ Pass and Pre-Pass.

• Company Policy: Pets and Riders welcome from Day One.

Freight & Routes

• Type: Steel, coils, and industrial flatbed freight.

• Workload: Approximately 4050% of loads require tarping.

• Flexibility: Primarily regional, but OTR options are available for those wanting even higher pay.

Requirements to Join

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of verifiable Flatbed (must include steel or pipes) + at least 1 year of OTR experience.

• License/Age: Valid Class A CDL and 22+ years old.

• Stability: Bonus eligibility requires no more than 5 jobs in the last 3 years.

• Safety Record: No SAP/failed/refused drug tests (Urine test required).

  • Max 1 at-fault accident (3 years).

  • Max 3 moving violations (3 years).

  • No safety-related terminations.
