Pay: $22/hr

Location: Novi, MI

Are you an experienced logistics or warehouse professional with a background in automotive manufacturing? Do you enjoy keeping materials moving, solving inventory challenges, and working in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want to hear from you!

We're looking for a PC&L to play a key role in supporting prototype vehicle builds by ensuring materials, inventory, and shipments are accurate, organized, and delivered where they're needed—when they're needed.

What You'll Do

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and customers.
Receive prototype components, tooling, and production materials.
Deliver materials to production work zones to support prototype builds.
Maintain accurate inventory using SAP.
Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Review inventory adjustments and help improve inventory accuracy.
Manage returnable containers and packaging programs.
Generate shipping documentation and coordinate shipments.
Support warehouse operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow company quality, safety, and environmental standards.

What We're Looking For:

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field plus 3+ years of automotive logistics/material flow experience

High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of automotive logistics/material flow experience

Recent forklift experience (minimum 1 year)
Experience with SAP inventory management
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and inventory control
Ability to read Bills of Material (BOMs) and interpret work orders
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
Experience with Material Planning & Logistics strategies
Knowledge of Cim Database (CDB)
Automotive prototype or manufacturing experience
