Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Open to CCC or CFY credentialed candidates
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for a wide spectrum of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborative mindset for partnering with school teams, parents, and caregivers
• Strong documentation and case management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language services to students onsite
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Support students’ communication needs in both group and one-on-one settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports in compliance with school requirements
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding pupil progress and strategies for home support
