Direct Support Professional (DSP) | Caregiver PT/PRN Columbus, OH, USA Job Description Posted Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 5:00 AM Goodwill's Mission: Transforming the lives of the individuals with disabilities and other barriers through pathways to independence and the power of work. The positions are located throughout Columbus, including North, South, East, and West. Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available, including weekends and PRN. Responsibilities DSPs teach, supervise, and direct individuals with developmental disabilities in activities of daily living. Assist with feeding, clothing, toileting, and other hygiene needs (similar to Home Health Aides). Assist in providing self‑care training in areas such as cooking, housekeeping, or hygienic practices. Administer medications as ordered and document each delivery. Transport individuals in a personal vehicle on scheduled outings and activities to promote community inclusion.
