About the Role: We are looking for a Business Controller Pharma Operations, HR & Finance Transformation to join our Financial Planning & Cost Controlling team. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the trusted finance business partner for our Pharma Operations and Human Resources functions, helping shape strategic decisions through best-in-class financial planning, analysis, and performance management. You will translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, challenge business assumptions, and drive value creation across the organization. Beyond business partnering, you will play a key role in the ongoing transformation of our FP&A function. From implementing next-generation planning tools to leveraging AI-driven solutions, you will help build a modern, data-driven finance organization that enables scalable growth.
