Join Our Team as a Full-Time Restaurant Host/Hostess at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar!

Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences? Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar in Chantilly, VA, is looking for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team full-time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love welcoming guests with a warm smile, we’d love to meet you!

As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first face our guests see, setting the tone for their entire dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests promptly and courteously.
- Managing reservations and waitlists efficiently.
- Communicating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure every guest feels valued and welcomed.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
