Dollar Tree - 5650 Allen Way - Responsibilities: Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities; Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns; Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor; Perform opening and closing procedures as needed; Assist in ordering merchandise and processing damaged merchandise, record-keeping including payroll, scheduling, and deposits; Maintain store areas to company standards and protect assets; Adhere to policies and procedures including safety guidelines; Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates; Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates; Maintain store cleanliness and restocking of bathrooms, floors, and trash removal
